Good place to start and learn things when you are fresher. You will have wide variety of stuff to learn and will have system level understanding. you will have exposure to customers which will enhance your perceptions
Cons
No mature process in place . Need to have self motivations to learn yourself by referring materials. No In-depth training given . You should be ramping up on your own and need to have strong motivation to learn in depth .
