      Pros

      Good work-life balance. Can't think of any.

      Cons

      poor compensation, especially if you're not Chinese staff from HQ, you will never get a raise. Poor leadership. The management are only focussing on keep their position secured, never taking any risks. Some managers don't know what they are doing.
