Big company with lots of opportunities, multiples countries and projects , chinese culture willing to learn western styles

Cons

Do not trust in westerns, bad treatment at so many employees , even chinese . Mosts of employees invest more than 50% of useful time filling reports , many times useless , just for keeping them busy.
