      Stay away incompetent and racist management

      Pros

      None that I can think off. After recently joining from Huawei I expected ZTE to be similar but god was I wrong.

      Cons

      To many to mention, ridiculous targets, no respect for UK staff, poor office environment, if you are not Chinese you are excluded from everything, screaming and shouting in the office. Almost all of the local Chinese staff are incompetent and probably only have a job in the U.K. Due to family and political connections.
