Good exposure early in the career but work life balance is a big challenge

1. You get to work directly with the clients and manage the project - early in your careers. 2. Compensation and other benefits are good - compared to its competitors. 3. Good learning curve early in the career

Cons

1. Work life balance is really a challenge. You are expected to take late night calls (around midnight) while your usual day starts at 7.30 2. ZS has recently started hiring folks from other companies rather than full-time employees. This proves to be good for project finances but takes a toll on the project quality and mental health of the full time employees. 3. Though technology projects are good - there is very little/no technical work for onshore folks. 4. It is really difficult to change your space/project

Negative attitudes from team leads, no diversity, work-life pretty difficult as the work spans all time zones.

CAB and FOOD: If you take dinner and use office cab, you will end up leaving at 9:30. Upper management follows the principle: DO THE RIGHT THING. Yes, follow it, but do what they feels right to them than what is actually right. CAB SERVICE: Cab arrives before 10. Culture is bent in such a way that if you take the first cab at 7:30, other teammates will give you bad looks. You will end up leaving in 2nd or 3rd cab at 8-9pm.

Cons

Many people try to belittle freshers and want to feel superior.
