- No work-life balance. Working atleast 10 hours a day. - In-house professional development coach is just for the sake of name. They work for the company to manipulate the employee into believing working 12 hours a day is the work. They do not raise the complaint but act like they do. - Managers indirectly say either work 12 hours or leave
