      Pros

      Good culture , good pay at higher levels , defined career trajectory

      Cons

      At least for 5 days a week, there would be no life beyond work as you’d be logging out past 11 PM and starting your day around 10:30 AM. Most good AC, C and Ms have left ZS and the ones remaining are mediocre. Even complaints as serious as mental and physical harassment done by colleagues are downplayed and not acted upon very seriously by the leadership

      Pros

      good benefits for a consulting firm but comes at the cost of working 2 jobs. (12-13 hours a day). No exception!

      Cons

      Company offers decent pay only because they put you on multiple projects, stretching capacity way outside of even 150% utilization. Almost everyone at firm complains of toxic work culture with no work life balance.

      No as such comparing to similar IT industries

      Cons

      Worst work life balance They schedule meeting at mid night Employees work 14-15 hours on daily basis Managers call on phone even on national holidays for work. Lots of politics in between teams and members It's a service based company and 90% of their clients are unsatisfied and leave their services.
