Good learning for freshers - You will learn to prepare high quality deliverables Great place to work - Very good facilities and very good HR policies Very good work culture, one of the best one can find

Cons

Work is not holistic; you will only get a part of the work in various areas and need to deep dive into it. This does not allow you to develop expertise in any area. Very very skewed work life balance, you need to work for long hours for significant number of days per week
