Great learning experience, very Professional attitude, superb work culture, loads of Job perks. You get to work to really smart people. big clients and a challenging work environment which helps you learn a lot.

Cons

Bad work-life balance. Too high hours. For the high work hours, the pay packages seem very low. No fixed hours or comp-off policies.
