Pros

Young workforce with a lot of energy and enthusiasm. Very good pace of learning. Great work culture with lots of upfront responsibility. Good growth opportunities within the company and good brand @ premier MBA programs like ISB in India.

Cons

Intensity of work is high - may not be suitable for all. I have not worked at other places and so dont have much points of comparison. Folks who join from other firms seem to like the culture quite a bit and say it is different.
