      Responsibility given at the very beginning. Multiple areas to work, various kinds of projects are there. Professionalism valued. Brand value across the globe. Top universities are well aware of the company existence and the level of difficulty set by the company during the interview.

      Poor work life balance, 75th%ile payment (but that really does't matter when you are at the beginning of your career)
