Pros

Cool software, great people to work with, free lunches, share scheme, very good transport links

Cons

The scrum process was very immature, sprints were often cancelled and basic scrum ceremonies like retos not happening often.

Pros

Great employees (not sure if theyre around anymore), was able to learn and grow with a solid team, and the diversity of work that was given.

Cons

The biggest problem was the fact that anyone that was in a higer position than yourself really didnt listen to you. It made it difficult to work sometimes. Also the way they get lay off people is quite dreadful.

Pros

1) Tons of food given to in-house employees. 2) Very relaxed setting to the point you just make sure to fill out your time sheet. 3) Monthly staff meetings with gourmet food and picnics the company pays for to keep the in-house employees happy. 4) You can come and go as you please as long as you do the work. 5) The employees are definitely hard workers especially with the amount of workload each employee takes on. 6) Someone always get employee of the month plus a gift card that could be $25-100.

Cons

1)This company breaks American Labor Laws, but since all contractors are paid via UK, the contractors are given excuse after excuse about not being paid on time (according to the contract). All contractors are paid late or not at all. The contract is 30-day but they pay 31-60 or more. For example one person wasn't paid for more than 9 months. 2) The company abuses "temporary" workers and encourage false hope. For example, they brought contractors in to the office and were told to create projects they did not know how too, nor responsible for. The company will take creative ideas and implement them from competing companies. This company lost a lot of work for various reasons and had to lay people off. 3) Human resource,COO,CEO are all well aware of contractors not being paid and even "prioritize" who should get paid first. For example, a number of transcribers protested the company because they were'nt being paid, so this affected the quality and deadline thus losing clients.
