      toxic towards translators and not much progress

      Pros

      nice team and colleagues across a few departments, remote work, not forced to go to the office, good pension scheme

      Cons

      toxic towards translators, late with payments with freelancers, basically asking them to work for free, a few rounds of redundancies in 2023 have left the team unmotivated and frustrated.
