      Pros

      The people here are the most surprising. Everyone I have worked with are kind and helpful from HR to Management and actually care about their employees. Which makes it so much easier to transition to. Open flow of communication, you feel comfortable speaking with people here. Knowledgeable colleagues as well, who know what they are doing.

      Cons

      Company is growing quickly and pay is good, but it could use a little boost to commensurate with industry

      Pros

      I can honestly say that ZOO cares. They provide you with what you need, free online classes to help improve your life at work or at home. They provide snacks if you work in the office. ZOO has given cost of living raises and I've never seen this in other companies. I feel secure knowing I have a job during COVID. I appreciate that they are flexible as well. Pay is also comparable. Knowing what I've heard and seen about other companies, this is the place to be.

      Cons

      Healthcare for a family cost more since it is a smaller company.

      The Best Vendor in the Biz

      Pros

      The best vendor I have had the opportunity to work at in Entertainment. Great leadership and management. Across the board, management cares and in investing in the employees. There are a lot of long time employees who seem happy and well treated. Friendly and supportive teammates who go out of there way make you feel welcome and supported. Great work-life balance. Opportunity to work with the largest and best clients in the entertainment industry. Management has your back always.

      Cons

      It's a little hard to get to know co-workers due to COVID(I was hired during the pandemic) but it's par the course of now.
