Pros

I've worked in post-production for some years now and there are people who believe it's a life & death job. It's not. If don't right - the way Zoo does it - things get done ahead of deadlines, insane costumer requests are handled without drama, and everyone is treated like a human being.

Cons

Post-production (and I don't mean like, working on a TV show Post Production, but distribution-type post-production) is BORING. That's not Zoo's fault, but you should know this ain't really Hollywood (except, it is... since it's all part of The Industry).

Cons

commuting to El Segundo and pay. If you work here as a coordinator you can't afford to live nearby.

The people are friendly and helpful, the work is interesting and varied, they also really show a lot of support especially around mental health and lockdown

Cons

Onboarding from home had a few small hiccups but sorted quickly
