Few opportunities for advancement. Frustrating workflows with no attempts to streamline and improve inefficient. The management of the company has no experience outside of Zoo and is not interested in standard workflows and procedures. They see themselves as a disruptive company. They use to say that they were a software company creating superior tools for the industry but when the industry was not interested in using their mediocre tools, they adjusted their emphasis on being a service business using their own mediocre tools. Now that they have placed their emphasis on being a service business, perhaps they should consider using the superior tools that are available to accomplish the same functions.

I don't want to accuse any company of scamming, but I have translated pages worth of movie subtitles for this company, which genuinely took me a long time and I was told I would be reached out to once they look into my test. It has been 3 months, I have emailed multiple times, no word from this company after they took my translation...
