      Pros

      ZOO has an amazing company culture, from the small welcoming teams to the overall company policies. ZOO has light spacious office areas as well as offering great employee benefits such as flexi-time (with flexi-days), working from home, mental health support, and a HR system that supports you. However, I'm most impressed with the always stocked snack cupboard with both healthy (and naughty) treats. There are many more small things that ZOO does on a regular basis to create a workplace that you are happy to go to every day of the working week.

      The communication between teams working in different continents can be difficult at times.

      Welcoming and friendly staff. Good day to day perks including snacks. Plenty of opportunities outside of work including sport.
