      Pros

      The team of engineers are exceptional and dedicated, producing great features for some very interesting and diverse clients. There is plenty of variety from one sprint to the next, with opportunities to explore new technology (though pretty bound to the AWS infrastructure). Pay is reasonable - certainly comparable with other roles in the sector and area in the country, though the recent turbulence in the industry has put a small dent in this. With the future potential, I think this will be resolved. The company offers opportunities to develop, with time set aside every month for personal development, and membership to an online learning platform for every employee.

      Cons

      Short-term issues exist around workloads and client expectations. The team is worked very hard at times with some unrealistic deadlines, but concerns are listened to, and the department is trying to address such concerns within the constraints of their current situation.

      Pros

      Overall, I feel that ZOO truly cares about their employees and is passionate about the work they do. There are some incredibly talented professionals in this company, and I'm glad I get to work with some of them!

      Cons

      My position has had less structure and guidance than I expected, but I don't think that experience is indicative of the company overall.
