      Pros

      The team of engineers are exceptional and dedicated, producing great features for some very interesting and diverse clients. There is plenty of variety from one sprint to the next, with opportunities to explore new technology (though pretty bound to the AWS infrastructure). Pay is reasonable - certainly comparable with other roles in the sector and area in the country, though the recent turbulence in the industry has put a small dent in this. With the future potential, I think this will be resolved. The company offers opportunities to develop, with time set aside every month for personal development, and membership to an online learning platform for every employee.

      Cons

      Short-term issues exist around workloads and client expectations. The team is worked very hard at times with some unrealistic deadlines, but concerns are listened to, and the department is trying to address such concerns within the constraints of their current situation.

      Pros

      Zoo excels at providing flexible hours, remote work, good management, and efficient proprietary systems/platforms. I feel sufficiently supported when I work here. It's a nice place to work if you can land a job here.

      Cons

      Industry disruptions have caused uncertainty in its future and Zoo is, unfortunately, not immune from that. Also, pay is not that great.
