Plenty of interactions with some big and recognisable names in the industry. Mostly great colleagues who work well together and are supportive of each other.

Cons

It’s been a tough couple of years which has been reflected both the loss of some loved and respected colleagues as well as in a lack of salary increase.

Pros

ZOO Digital is genuiinely a good place to work. Our proects are global, creative and fast paced which keeps things engaging and we work with a lot of high profile clients. In the UK we have a hybrid working model which is great. It gives us complete flexibility but still means we're connected to our teams and the tasks in hand. Leadership have become a lot more transparent over the past year, and there's a real sense that the business is moving in a positive direction after a challenging period to the industry as a whole. People care about what they do, we're encouraged to share ideas and get involved.

Cons

Like any company, and certainly those within the same industry that has been through change, there's still some rebuilding to do. But it's clear that lessons have been learned and the focus is on collaboration and stability. It really is a good time to be part of the business.
