      Pros

      Having the option to do remote was was extremely helpful.

      Cons

      Internal communication, communication between teams and departments was extremely lacking. Oftentimes I felt very disconnected from the rest of the company. Also, my former position at the company did not allow for vertical career advancements.

      Pros

      Flexi-Time, Hybrid Working, Free snacks and drinks.

      Cons

      Maybe I was naive to start with and it felt like a good place to work but then I started to realize it was not a nice work environment. You can start with the low salaries compared to industry standard. There is little to no growth opportunities unless you are in senior management that seem to enjoy promotions whenever it suits them even in a supposed hiring/promotion freeze. Poor attitude and support for employee mental health and blaming you for your struggles.
