      Free Food tea and transport and No Work

      Cons

      It feels like a Telugu Community Hall Even in technical meeting people speak telugu despite politely asking not to do so Lower level management has zero brain no decision making ability no forecasting only they check timesheets that to in Excel. HR are stupid will give you reply that has no logic. People with Fake Experience are also hired no BGV.

      They promise lucrative salary on paper, but not in reality

      Cons

      1) The interviews are scheduled without prior notice 2) Even if I was selected, No communication on email about the same..only verbally they communicate 3) They never release offer letter 4) Can't believe if this is German or Indian mentality

      > Lots of dirty politics and highly unprofessional behavior > HR is not at all co-operative nor professional > Don't expect flexibility with respect to anything if it's either leave/workhours/you are in any kind of trouble > Policies are applied only for circumstances which are in favor of company > Performance ratings are calculated based on your contact with your manager and not how do you perform throughout a year- very serious issue here > No liberty to plan your leaves as per your need. You strictly have to follow your managers decision > Last but not the least, company is not ready to allow WFH outside Hyderabad during Covid-19 pandemic
