      They promise lucrative salary on paper, but not in reality

      Cons

      1) The interviews are scheduled without prior notice 2) Even if I was selected, No communication on email about the same..only verbally they communicate 3) They never release offer letter 4) Can't believe if this is German or Indian mentality
