In the Finance area if you are person who likes winging things and is happy with no processes this is the place for you. Make sure you speak German though. The Engineering management is not interested in any financial controls or providing feedback for reporting. They are however quick to make Finance accountable for all issues.

1. The managers won't bother about the work. But they bother about how much time employee has stayed in the company. If employee doesn't have work also they should stay inside with wasting their and others time. 2. All the managers are from service based companies and don't know how to work with counterparts. 3. HR department with so many people. But no good policies. Even for claiming a small bill you have to go to them several times. 4. If you want to take printout, you have to swipe your card at the printer 5. Stupid policies. No freedom for employee.
