Pros

Great products and benefits. High end biotech technology instruments. Three weeks vacation the first year; benefits effective as of day of hire.

Cons

Lack of formal training and upward mobility for experienced employees. Swim of sink culture. Some managers promote back stabbing.

Worst nightmare

Pros

Convenient location and nothing else.

Cons

1. Always have "internal training" at midnight during my local time (peak: 5 days a week), and no compensation for overwork 2. Very low traffic subsidy with working location far away from public transport (probably need to use my own salary to take taxi) 3. Micromanagement and very emotional GM, will suddenly mad at colleagues when they said something he does not like, and will be against them personally. 4. Bad mannered fellow colleagues, when I got in, I was left by my manager and "trained" by this colleague. The first thing he said to me is that "your position is not that essential I take over your job anyways". And did not give proper trainings, whenever I asked him regarding product info he always tell me to look for them in Google or Brochure, he has no obligation to teach me. 4. Unsupportive manager: after my manager knew, they never try to listen to me, and said it was a good chance for me to search online and learn by myself and I was like: I am in this company, why do I have to search company's product online instead of given a proper training by internal staff??????? And this place was full of these kind of people, super toxic
