Pros
Smart colleagues. Did not have to go into office. Has reasonable control of own schedule to meet with customers. Superior microscope technology.
Cons
A typical day start from 7 am and doesn't end till after 9 pm. Travel was about 85%, although I was told to expect 30-50%. No training or time to learn on the job. I was expected to know everything/figure it out myself from the start. Commission calculation and records were not transparent at all. Because a majority of the colleagues are in the field, there tends to be problems with communication and there's a lot of words of mouth, without knowing the truth.
