Good benefits and perks, but work life balance and management is a mess.
Pros
As a CSE, you get a car and work from home. Making your own schedule is a big plus. You have the opportunity to really make a difference for the customers and build strong relationships. The technology is amazing and always interesting. This is a fast, very challenging environment, good for people that like to learn.
Cons
Work/life balance doesn't exist. You are given a phone and expected to answer it 24/7, 365 but will not be "on the clock"... policies and procedures are not enforced unless it is in the convenience of management. No growth opportunity for CSE's. promises are made to create career development paths, but 2 years and nothing has happened. The culture is bad, its just a lot of promises with no accountability. The CSE's are fine with working hard and putting in 100%, but the company needs to follow through and keep them engaged. Cross functional teams don't exist; no one is there to help out, its a self absorbed environment. The star performers are taken advantage of and over worked, while the low performers ride along with no issues.
