      Pros

      Really good projects, and lots to learn, friendly people around, and gives the impression of a comfortable place to start.

      Cons

      No realy adaptation time for new employees. Employees magically expected to produce high quality results within a custom framework, within weeks of joining. No sufficient training or help available, due to work pressure on all employees. Feels like a mad race inside. Not too much scope for personal and technical development

      Pros

      Interesting products in the field of microscopy. More than adequate training provided by the organization at the manufacturing facility in Germany. Treated as a team player/ responsible employee to fulfill your requirements to learn the product. Allow full control of customers and scheduling provided your initiative completes the task.

      Cons

      Requires dedication that most individuals cannot fulfill. Difficult to locate individuals that will dedicate their time effectively. Some degree of cronyism allowing individuals to continue in their work capacity when they require reprimands and management.

      Missing Leadership, too high seniority do not allow cultural change. Central government does not support enough the attempt of changes vs Customer focus
