      Pros

      The team at ZEISS provides support in many aspects of the job like immediate compensation of travel expenses and a hardware and technical support staff that prioritizes the service team. The team at headquarters will do all that they can to ease any trouble out in the field.

      Cons

      Policies seem to be implemented without much thought; the service team seems to be a test group for certain policies. In addition, the support team can seem limited at certain times.

      Pros

      The business is growing very rapidly. Customer facing employees should have a stable future as long as they remain customer focused. The benefits are good and pay is fair. The product quality is good.

      Cons

      Management has lost their customer focus by replacing all entry level field service managers, who had worked their way up the ranks, with higher degreed managers. These business managers do not have the reputation with the customers or current field technicians. The new managers are inexperienced and appear will be more focused on managing paperwork than people and customers.
