      Occasional BBQs, co-workers are usually nice

      Good pay, opportunity to travel, and easy lateral move

      Poor leadership in Executive positions. Most leaders of the company are terrified of Essilor and do not see the product of Zeiss has to offer. Sales staff is stuck in the past. Operations has no clue how to please customer
