      Carl Zeiss as a company is technically advanced and they solve the best problems in the space of IOTand Industrial Automation.

      Cons

      Carl Zeiss IMT R & D Division is headed by bunch of people who does not know how to manage the group and A, B C of big data. Here they look for people who nod heads without asking a single question. They need puppets.

      Excellent co-workers and interesting job. Company is always helpful in any situation and you are always busy learning something new

      Salary isn't the best and there isn't any interest to improve it. It is as if leaving is not that important.
