      ok place to work, high pressure environment, must be able to work very independently

      Pros

      Overall ok work environment, although it involves alot of pressure and the ability to handle that pressure is paramount. You get the feeling the company/management cares about it's employees, although that doesn't get reflected in base salary increases which they've left stagnant for years despite exception performance reviews, so it's somewhat empty.

      Cons

      base salary is not high and hasn't been indexed with inflation (even before the pandemic). With inflation what it is still no change, which seems borderline illegal. This lack of appreciation (especially now), is the main reason I might consider going elsewhere.
