Nice cafeteria, very few people are alright.

Cons

Almost everything else, a poorly designed and utilized building, no storage, badly planned programs, theft in parking lot, chemical storage is a joke, management is terrible, pay is at the low end of the scale.

Pros

Zeiss is a good company as far as salary wise. The money is great! Great co-workers. 401k match is good as well. Nice state of the art facility.

Cons

The training sucks. You have to basically train yourself or its trial by error. You are left to learn your job on your own. Management are bullies. They are non-approachable and intimidating. There is alot of FAVORITISM & NEPOTISM!!
