      Company culture is awful with great products but incapable management

      Pros

      Products are very strong. Branding is strong (I don’t know why).

      Cons

      No respect to employees. Executive management is extremely incapable. Finance is a joke (lots of finance positions like CFO are taken by people without any finance background). A hell for outstanding people.

      (Remote) Possibility of overtime, Low Skill required, casual dress code, diversity.

      Cons

      Reminded me allot of "Office Space". Successes widely overlooked while mistakes are emphasized. Management overwhelmed addressing one disaster after another doesn't have time to discuss/consider/appreciate incremental improvements. Informs employees at the last minute either they need you to work on the weekends or we need you to go home early today.
