      Pros

      Amazing products; smart, caring people at the director level and below, the best vision benefits of any company in San Diego, the opportunity to really make a difference.

      Cons

      Strategy unclear, 3 presidents in 3 years, so no clear plan to win can be developed and implemented, lack of trust at the senior management level - the senior leaders don't work well as a unit and they don't solicit input from those that could provide actionable insight, employee morale is at an all time low and HR doesn't address the adverse impact this has to the bottom line.

      No raises for this year! After lay offs, and working harder than ever, employees learn today no raises.

      Pros

      I can't think of any pros. I guess I can maybe say it's better than unemployment, except being on unemployment would be I didn't have to work here.

      Cons

      Unmanageable work load across the board, no raises tanks hear, and insurance costs went up so paychecks went down. High turn over, ineffective management, low morale, no employee appreciation and terrible culture.

      Pros

      Some great people and a brand with a lot of potential.

      Cons

      People are not valued. Workload is high and recognition is low. Germany makes all of the major decisions and many are not right for the US market, but the US team is blamed when sales drop. Management is much more concerned about finding someone to blame instead of trying to fix problems or make things better. I could go on, but you get the idea...
