Expect to work long working hours, Low pay increment, if your boss is a racist counterpart then be prepared that you might get sacrificed some day, no one to reign in the attendance especially for colleagues who tends to fly around frequently and not showing up in office and sometimes will make you wonder if that person is really working, got take proper leave via HR or just don't care to turn up. IT cripples the company HR is a total joke. They don't care about the wellbeing of their employees. Office is absolutely brutal. Pretty much stare at the clock waiting for the day to end. The company's 10 year plan is crippling. Locks the company into longterm plans that to keep up with the market. Hard to expand skills while the company creeps along.
