No prospect. Alot of weird old people in there Management doesn't care about your workload. Old people can throw tantrum but youngster cannot. Directors play with your bonus. Let you go home with little to no bonus. Your salary increment? 0 to 2.5%. You probably get 1.5% only. HR doesn't care. They don't even do their job.

Lack of vision and values, the executive are clueless! never seen such a disjointed mess of a company in my life. after going on a craze of buying many smaller firms including consultancy firms, they've kept the overheads in those firms and have cut valuable and hard working consultants and via doing so they've lost the decades of experience and knowledge. Seems the exec have little knowledge of what exactly is happening in the company.
