1. Yokogawa Electric Malaysia Human Resource are overpowered

3. Japan HQ and Yokogawa Singapore are controlling too much and allocate too little fund for employees' salary.

5. Toxic culture when comes to benefits discussion
6. Companies are stingy on giving training to employees. No training provided for future tech or knowledge that might be used in the future, they only look at the current project and expect engineers to know everything.
7. Too little growth for engineers. No career path at all as all the old folks are still staying in the company.
8. PAY really low. New engineers please dont even think of joining.
9. Bad for interns, they just treating interns as free labour to do cheap and easy things
10. Every year has more than TEN engineers resign. Forever looping the same situation and hire new and cheap engineers
11. Clients do not appreciate Yokogawa because they are too cheap.
