Whatever you do, do not work for the Yellowstone Club!

Pros

Beautiful scenery, beautiful homes, good skiing.

Cons

Where do I even begin? This place is a crap hole. No one knows what their doing, you'll be extremely under paid for the amount of work that needs to be done. Worked in multiple departments, it's all extremely unorganized. If you live in Bozeman, you'll drive 3 hours a day to work. If you work full time, that's 15 hours a week you're not being paid for. Almost 2 full shifts at a 2nd job. Save yourself the trouble and don't work here. They make it out to seem like this glorious amazing place to work, when in reality they have to hire people from other countries because their turn over rate is nearly 100%. There's a reason.

The worst club to work for

Pros

Ski pass if you like to ski

Cons

I would not recommend working at the club: they have poor management, with unqualified supervisors who just get the job because they've worked there long and not based on actual skill or intelligence. Many supervisors are put on probation, but they are never fired. Whatever you do, do not get employee housing: they will screw you over any way they can. They charge twice what a normal condo costs, and they will not be honest with you ever. Lastly, the tip pool for food and beverage is completely absurd. No matter what you do in food and beverage, you will get the same tips. Someone working fine dining every night will get the same tips as someone working a continental breakfast every day.
