Pros

You do nothing and get paid decent. Free rides to work via a bus, but commute can be between 1.5 hours-30mins depending on where you live. It is so boring at work, especially the summers, but the mountains are AMAZING (when you can actually get off work and enjoy them). I had free drinks as a Barista.

Cons

Management is terrible. Strict for no reason. You will not feel appreciated or valued. AT ALL. You live in employing housing and it is strict, crowed, and at times have 8 girls in one apartment. You sleep on the worst mattresses. You feel constantly watched and your job is on the line because the atmosphere is strict for no reason. When we have NOTHING to do, let us read or learn something new. There is so much down time and it benefits your workers when they are allowed to learn. Please.

Pros

free food, alcohol, little cash tips, work car, free clothes and random furniture/small things, free home goods

Cons

if it is not busy, you do NOT get your full 40 hours. barely even 30, making it hard to pay for rent especially if you are in employee housing in a single room, housing is NOT subsidized, managers play favorites so much and do not really judge on your work ethic but more on your personality, managers also just suck and definitely discriminate. Long commute which you don't get paid for, and you deal with other employees who literally are so incompetent. You also don't get treated that well by property managers because they look at us like little kids

Pros

Beautiful Scenery & the Employees that have been there the longest are good, real people...pay & benefits are good for full time employees.

Cons

No structure...what goes for one employee, differs for another. Transportation & housing chaos. Drama & Employees out to get one another, very conniving. Member housing, restaurants/bars are state of the art but offices and working environments run down.
