Pros

Beautiful place to work. Cool houses and architecture. Lunch and shuttle offered. Relatively easy work. Most houses are clean to start with just need detailing. Ski pass is a great bonus and the hill there is amazing.

Cons

Long commute. A lot of tedius work, especially dusting. Construction cleans were the worst and super disorganized. Work environment wasn't the best. Felt like I was in high school, both with the people employed and the management. A different department at the club would probably be more enjoyable to work for.

Pros

Lots of people of on staff who love what they do.

Cons

Lots of white people. In my experience the minorities who were employed were back of the house.

Pros

Employee ski days and interaction with high end clientele

Cons

The management is terrible, DO NOT DO employee housing it is a huge rip off, the employee cafeteria is terrible, this club has so much money and doesn't know what to do with it. They promote people just because they feel like they should or they are friends of management, not because they are successful at their job. The tip system within the food and beverage department makes no sense and there is no incentive for employees to want to succeed at their jobs.
