Pros

There are many great things to learn from YC and I hope you apply this is a great facility. You get to work in an amazing establishment

Cons

The people are always flowing in and out for some reason which I can’t seem to figure out. Why does YC not offer housing in big sky. This seems to be the main problem

Pros

-Free ski pass -4, 10 Hour shifts - Big Sky is a beautiful place

Cons

-Poor management -absolutely toxic work environment -10/10 would NOT recommend working for this company, especially in the member services department -overall the management does not care about the well being of their employees as long as they show up for work -they say 1 team, 1 dream but in reality it’s every one for themselves
