Pros

Great location, housing in Big Sky is nice if you can get it. Benefits for seasonal staff.

Cons

Management talks so much about how people come back season after season because the members are wonderful and treat staff well, but the YC itself - HR, management - treat staff TERRIBLY. Everything is a constant battle and jumping through hoops. Find another job where you’d actually be appreciated. High turnover. Don’t treat returners any better than first years. They say one team, one dream, but it's really every man for himself, and they genuinely do not care about you one iota.
