good benefits and wlb, respectful colleagues

Cons

- (Digital Farming side) things dont get done - execution is not good. a lot of talk but no walk. A lot of fluff thrown around by incompetent (technically) managers - lack of in house technical people actually doing the work - over reliance on vendors - too many expats at the top
