Still a good company despite recent bad decisions

- good solid employer - good environment for new employees - finally seem to be on the right path

Cons

- a few years ago poor business decisions were made for which current employees are still paying the price for. Decisions that seemed ridiculous to most at the time! - older employees seem to be taken for granted and experience not recognised
