No issue is ever really dealt with more then anything they place band aids on everything. The disrespect from employee to employee is out of control as well as the insubordination nobody really likes each other and it is clear an employee not liking management is normal but to constantly disrespect and name call over the radio isn’t they want to call themselves a family but constantly backstab each other I personally have stumbled across hourly employees spying on each other in order to run to management just for management to tell the person that so and so was watching you and said… which is a violation of something I’m sure in general not a healthy work environment and constant safety issues there are employees who are very safety minded the flip side is management will always turn a blind eye to keep their numbers up
