Thanks for the review and for the positive score! Being a global organization with associates in over 20 countries and members in over 130, there needs to be an element of flexibility with regards to hours. The majority of our associates work remotely which is seen by many as a great benefit. We're sorry to hear you felt negatively about the number of projects. Our mission is to support our members and we're always looking to improve in order to succeed. Very often, change is required to accommodate the needs of our members, so projects are created throughout the year as we help them on their journey. Thanks again for the review!

Thanks for leaving a review and for the positive score overall. Internal learning and growth is vital, so we're sorry to hear you weren't able to experience that yourself. Last year, 30% of the positions filled were internal promotions though. An additional 10% were people transferring into a different role and 25% were filled by contractors being converted to associates. Thank you again for leaving the review!

Thank you for the review and for the positive rating. Work and life balance has and always will be a focus area for YPO's leadership. Each manager with direct reports is encouraged to in-turn encourage their team member and make sure they have at least 15 days of time off each year. This is in addition to the public holidays each country recognizes. Having associates and other colleagues in over 20 countries around the world is one of the most interesting features of working for YPO. Time zones are a factor with regards to the structure of someones day, but we encourage people to still work a very average work week and to manage their time worked each day appropriately. Communication is always vital and if an associate or contractor has any concerns, we hope they relay this to their manager. Thanks again for the review!
