Work and life balance has, and always will be a priority for YPO leadership and we'd like to suggest you speak with your manager or HR business partner about the problems you're facing. As an example of improvements in this area, our 3 week minimum vacation allowance was introduced over a year ago and it has received extremely positive feedback so far. YPO supports it's members through our mission of “Better Leaders Through Lifelong Learning and Idea Exchange”, which means there is always room for evolution and change. Our goals, priorities and strategy are developed each year, but sometimes need to be altered to meet the needs of our members.

Ensuring we have associates who can collaborate and work well together has always been a focus when hiring, so we're glad to see you enjoyed your time with your YPO colleagues. We're sorry to hear you felt pressure to work longer than usual hours and that there was a lack of support though. Our senior leadership team are very visible compared to other organizations and have made huge efforts to listen to our associates' pain points.
