Being a global organization with associates in over 20 countries and members in over 130, there needs to be an element of flexibility with regards to hours. The majority of our associates work remotely which is seen by many as a great benefit. We're sorry to hear you felt negatively about the number of projects. Our mission is to support our members and we're always looking to improve in order to succeed. Very often, change is required to accommodate the needs of our members, so projects are created throughout the year as we help them on their journey. Thanks again for the review!

Thank you for leaving a review. There is always a lot of thought put towards our associates and their work/life balance. For example, we have internal focus groups to help us understand the pain points associated with workload and capacity. We're proud of how closely our departments work together though and there are multiple projects showcasing this at any given time. We're sorry YPO wasn't a long-term home for you, but thank you again for the review.

Apologies for the late response as we do try and reply to all the reviews quickly. We appreciate the feedback, but am sorry to hear you don't recommend YPO overall. Every Associate, no matter their seniority, is reviewed by their manager twice a year and holding everyone accountable for their work is vital to the organization's success.
