Thank you for the review, but more importantly, thank you for your long tenure with YPO! One of the many benefits of working with YPO is the people, as you've pointed out. Having so many colleagues from all over the world and still being able to work so closely together is very special. We're sorry to see your comments about leadership and trust. Our senior leaders have an average tenure of 11 years and the range is from 1 to 26 years. This allows innovation and new ideas to mix with experience; a recipe for success! Thank you again for the review and your years of work and dedication here at YPO.

Pros

Pays well but you work way to many hours. Co-workers were dedicated and hard working.

Cons

Work 60+ hours a week while management stress the importance of work life balance. Ever changing goals and priorities. No clear direction from Senior Leadership. More important to network within the organization than to do a good job and produce quality work.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Work and life balance has, and always will be a priority for YPO leadership and we'd like to suggest you speak with your manager or HR business partner about the problems you're facing. As an example of improvements in this area, our 3 week minimum vacation allowance was introduced over a year ago and it has received extremely positive feedback so far. YPO supports it's members through our mission of “Better Leaders Through Lifelong Learning and Idea Exchange”, which means there is always room for evolution and change. Our goals, priorities and strategy are developed each year, but sometimes need to be altered to meet the needs of our members.
